International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women CEDAW

The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, CEDAW has been ratified by 180 contracting states since its adoption by the UNO in 1979. Switzerland ratified the convention and in doing so has committed to undertake a series of measures to implement the CEDAW.
