Apart from the relevant employment criterion of "social skills", i.e. the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, fit into a team and successfully get on with people, future employees must of course also be able and willing to work and live with people of other cultures. Other requirements include the ability to think and act systematically, to plan and control processes of development and change and being open to lifelong learning and change.
